Tara Lynne Murphy is a healing arts practitioner and transformational guide dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, confidence, inner wisdom and authentic selves.
For nearly two decades, she has worked in massage and bodywork, energy healing, nervous-system regulation, trauma release & integration and transformational embodiment. Her own journey of navigating independence, codependence, starting over, entrepreneurship, relationships and solo travel has deeply shaped her understanding of what it means to reclaim yourself and create a life on your own terms.
Today, Tara's work centers around helping women to “Embody Your Aligned Self.”
She supports women by coaching her to trust her own voice, honor her desires and discover what she’s truly capable of when she stops living according to expectations.
Tara created the Freedom & Sovereignty Empress Retreat as an invitation for women to step away from the noise, reconnect with herself and courageously choose what comes next.
