When a position becomes available at Imiloa, we advertise it on multiple platforms, including social media, our website, and LinkedIn. Advertising on these channels enables us to expand our reach and potentially connect with the perfect candidates committed to doing the job correctly. Anyone who wishes to work at our property must be a citizen of Costa Rica. If you're not a citizen, you must have legal papers stating you can work in the country. As long as you have one or the other, you have the opportunity to begin working at Imiloa.

All of our candidates complete an interview process. “Our interview process is relatively simple. Each interviewee will go through three different virtual meetings with members of our organization,” shares Jenn Christie. Upon completion of those three interviews, anyone moving forward will have a fourth and final interview with the CEO and General Manager of the company.

We invite candidates to visit Imiloa and experience it for themselves before agreeing to take the position. By coming to Imiloa to see it for themselves, potential job candidates can meet other team members and get to know them. They'll also get a feel for how things operate during a retreat and what we like to do to keep morale at an all-time high. Once the individual has experienced Imiloa and what we offer, they can decide whether they want to work with us.

If you'd like to work with Imiloa, visit our website  and check us out on social media, where you can find out if we're hiring and what we might be hiring for! You can send us your application, and someone will get back to you to discuss things further and start the interview process.
