Ignite Your Mind-Body Connection | A Pilates Retreat

Disconnect from the daily distractions and stresses of life. Reconnect with nature, with yourself, your breath, and with others.

BREATHE

We will learn how to breathe- releasing our diaphragm and moving our breath 3 dimensionally.

RELEASE

Using our breath and some tools, we will let go of everything not serving us. Through fascia work, we will release physical and emotional trauma that we have been holding onto (consciously and subconsciously).

CONNECT

Through breath work and new patterns in our mind and body, we will be able to connect deeper to our heart space, our bodies (get ready for some AMAZING Pilates work), nature, and others.
