Healing generations, beginning with self.
The retreat focuses on creating a safe, liberating, healing and joyous space for Black women, to rest, have fun and overcome intergenerational and societal burdens through the use of ancient healing practices like sound healing, meditation, yoga, plant medicine, nature therapy and more. This time together is sacred. It is a time to shed old programming and self limiting beliefs to make room for the fullness of who you are.
