Wisdom Trust Terms of Service 

The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You (the “Participant” or “You”) and Imiloa Institute (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). 

  1. Membership Terms:
    The Participant agrees to enroll in the Imiloa Wisdom Trust program for a minimum commitment of 12 months.

  2. Payment Terms:
    The Participant agrees to pay in full or make monthly payments for the duration of the 12-month membership. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

  3. Termination:
    The Participant acknowledges that they are committing to a minimum of 12 months and may not terminate their membership before the end of this period.

  4. Program Description:
    The Imiloa Wisdom Trust program is a mastermind group designed to cause community and connection, to provide tools and coaching as the member establishes a PDAG (Purpose Driven Audacious Goal) and supports the member in becoming who they need to become in order to achieve that and supports the member in fulfilling on their inspired vision while becoming an expanded version of themselves in the process.

  5. Confidentiality:
    All information shared within the Imiloa Wisdom Trust program is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the Company.

  6. Limitation of Liability:
    The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the Participant's involvement in the Imiloa Wisdom Trust program.

  7. Governing Law:
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA.

  8. Entire Agreement:
    This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

  9. Amendments:
    Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Rules of Engagement 

  1. No hate speech or bullying.  Imiloa Wisdom Trust is a safe container for everyone to participate fully.  Bullying of any kind is not allowed, and degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
  2. No promotion or spam.  Imiloa Wisdom Trust is about supporting one another.  Self-promotion, spam, or irrelevant links are not allowed.
  3. Respect privacy.  Being part of this group requires mutual respect.  Authentic, expressive discussions have the community thrive and may also be sensitive and private.  What’s shared within the Imiloa Wisdom Trust Community stays within the community.
  4. Participation.  Please block out calls in your calendar in advance and be on time for the commitments of the program.  Your participation matters to the community and to fulfilling your individual vision.
