Dance, as a sacred healing art, naturally raises the human vibration. When we approach practices with full awareness, a deep wisdom connects the body, mind, and soul. The Intuitive Dance Retreat integrates profound, energetic techniques to unblock, release, create & expand consciousness, all with movement as the key! Tapping into our intuition, opening the heart center to all possibilities and allowing the full dancer to be embraced, healed and witnessed…this is our dance!

As movers, shakers, dancers, educators, choreographers, and performers – whoever YOU are – we all deeply know LIFE IS DANCE; how we use each moment is significant. This transformational dance retreat guides us to expand beyond all limitations, bringing forth our very own superpower! As we capture moments in flow, we strip ourselves of all that blocks us and we intimately replenish the soul. This ignites a confidence and connection with Self that has more potential and energy than you ever thought possible. From this space, we can move deeper into our healing. Your Hosts
Adge Marz Lindsey
Adge Marz Lindsey has an ever-growing love for dance that tends to be contagious! Her intuitive movement practice brings creativity, joy, and profound presence to the mat, the dance studio, and beyond. She is a strong holder of space, coupling the deep wisdom of dance technique with intuitive energy work. The ancient teachings of yoga infiltrate all of her classes, as Adge’s approach relies on growing smart, lifelong, intuitive movers.
Her approach, The Intuitive Dance Method, allows energetic sequencing and authentic movement to guide her technique practices. Training and certification is offered to movement educators, performers, choreographers, and dancers in various modules, as well as in retreat settings. Dance is our intrinsic right and this method is for everyone.
For 20+ years, Adge has traveled, performed in, written, and produced creative projects that cultivate deep community connection and genuine expression. These decades of teaching are supported by many certifications in dance, yoga, physically integrated studies, Reiki I-IV attunements, Intuitive Reader accreditation, and a Master’s degree in special education. From the Colorado mountains, to culturally vibrant Central America destinations, Adge leads dance and yoga teacher trainings, meaningful retreats, and social impact projects. It is her life’s mission to spread light and love through movement.
Yolessa Lawrinnce
Yolessa is a psychic-medium, motivational speaker, director and trainer at Sedona Healing Arts, a center for spiritual awakening. She has over 15 years of experience, has guided more than 5,000 people on their healing journey through readings and training programs, and is featured in “Love Heals” and “Going Om” documentaries.
Yolessa is committed to raising consciousness on the planet. She pours her heart into helping people become free, know their value, express it, and know unconditional love for themselves and the sake of humanity. Utilizing her exceptional abilities (clairsentience, clairvoyance and clairaudience), she pinpoints the core source of depleting beliefs and self-sabotaging patterns giving people the ability to free themselves to live authentically. Her wisdom and deep understanding of the universal laws and principles are at the core of her training programs that activate innate psychic & intuitive abilities for self-empowerment.
Yolessa resides in Sedona, AZ with her husband and daughter. She is a Tao Master, and formerly studied and performed at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in New York City. She is also a licensed lawyer (J.D., Brooklyn Law School, 2006)

THE VENUE
Immerse yourself in a 22-acre jungle oasis located in Dominical, Costa Rica. Imiloa is nestled in the heart of the rainforest, overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean, and is just a short 15-minute ride from the beach. It offers the perfect setting for experiencing deep healing while being embraced by nature, all in the comfort of luxurious accommodations. We like to call it JungleLuxury.
During your stay at Imiloa, you can revel in the beauty of our nature paths, indulge in the serenity of our private waterfall, relax by the shared infinity pool that offers breathtaking forest and ocean views, and of course, savor the culinary delights of our gourmet plant-based meals meticulously crafted by our expert kitchen team.

Included in each accommodation is the comfiest mattresses, 850 thread count sheets, storage space and dry rooms as needed, fiber optic internet, daily cleaning service, private en-suite bath, indoor/outdoor design for every accommodation with a focus on nature and being your private refuge, and full service, thrice-filtered private well for drinking water throughout the property.

Perched on the edge of the cliff, at the furthest end of the property, sits a 170 year old home from the Java Islands named Jogolo. Complete with a writer’s desk, outdoor Balinese shower, and unique hand-carved architecture, Jogolo is teeming with history, soul and comfort.

This two-floor imported home from Bali will have you wishing you’d never leave.
