Our CEO and Founder did thousands of calls (13-hour days of calls the first two years of Imiloa with retreat hosts just like you from around the world). Based on that deeply personal and broad market research, Imiloa has mind-mapped the emotional and psychological pain points of educators and global retreat leaders and Imiloa is the the solution for each one of them.

Phase 1: Cautious Optimism. Know-Like-Trust
This is from the first time hearing about Imiloa, perhaps seeing videos online or reading reviews. Maybe you’re here and considering whether this is right for you. We make it easy to find clarity during this phase, without any pressure to take action.
Phase 2: Pain into Purpose
This is when you take action, Apply Now, and book the Shared Vision. You get deeper clarity, you explore how Imiloa can serve you, and our one-on-one support throughout your discovery is noticed, and often appreciated. During this phase, if desired, a contract will get signed.
Phase 3: Kick-Off and Momentum.
This is when we take action. You will start your journey meeting our Retreats Team in the Creating the Experience Call. Here we will discuss event launch, highlights, ticket pricing, room configuration, sales page and more! The second call will be the Agenda Blueprint meeting where we will go over your retreat agenda day by day, discuss any experiences and excursions you might want to add in and lock in any final details to make your retreat a success. If you ever need additional support from our team you can book a 15-min retreat success meeting.

Retreats Team

When you sign your contract our Retreats Team will send you all welcome and onboarding emails and resources. You will be asked to schedule your first meeting ‘creating the experience’ with the Retreats Team.

The Retreats team will help guide you with getting your retreat featured on our Imiloa website and our designer will create a custom retreat artwork for you.

You will get access to our proprietary Retreats Resource Library and our curated Imiloa Press Kit with high quality content perfect for retreat promotion.
